Started as a cottage business in 1981, A Taste of Honey Caterers is celebrating 25 years in business. A Taste of Honey was started by Evelyn Rogers (aka Honey) as an off-premises company. We've catered events in homes, offices, churches, boats, parking lots, firehouses, police precincts, museums, Naval ships, and lofts. We can bring tents, grills, tables, chairs, kitchens, bars, linens, servers, and chefs.

In 1994 the company moved the operation to Nansen Park. A caterers dream come true, Nansen Park has everything you need in a venue. The outdoor facilities is busy from mid-April thru mid-October. Our cottage maintains coziness perfect for small family events.
In 2006 our banquet hall received an Award for Excellence for interior decor from the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce.

In February of 2006 Evelyn worked for Culinary Expressions Int. at the 2006 winter Olympics in Turino, Italy.
